Apple and Oats Milkshake

Ingredients :

1 1/2 cups chilled apple cubes (unpeeled)
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
3 cups chilled low-fat milk , 99.7% fat free
2 tbsp raisins (kismis)
1/2 tbsp honey

Method :

Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.Pour equal quantities of the milkshake into 6 individual glasses and serve immediately.
