3/4 cup papaya cubes (deseeded)
1/4 cup coconut meat (nariyal ki malai)
3/4 cup chilled coconut water (nariyal ka pani)
crushed ice for serving
Method :
Juicer method
Combine the papaya cubes, coconut meat and coconut water and blend in a juicer till smooth.
Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.Serve immediately.
Hopper method
This recipe doesn’t turn out good in a hopper because the texture of papaya is very soft.
