Ingredients :
8 kiwi washed , peeled and cut into quarters
4 cups kashmiri green tea brewed and freezed into cubes
1 cup fresh mint leaves (phudina)
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp scrapped and chopped ginger (adrak)
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
Method :
Combine all the above ingredients in a blender or a smoothie maker and blend till the mixture becomes smooth.
Serve chilled in stemmed glass.
