Ingredients :
4 cups muskmelon (kharbooja) juice
4 tbsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sugar
For The Garnish
a few mint leaves (phudina)
a few muskmelon (kharbooja) slices
Method :
In a pan boil the water along with sugar and ginger. Once the sugar has dissolved take it off the flame.Strain the sugar syrup and keep aside to cool.Add the cantaloupe juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup.Refrigerate to chill.
Serve garnish with mint and melon slices.
