Ingredients :
1 bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
8 to 9 tulsi (Indian basil) leaves
5 to 6 mint leaves (phudina)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
Method :
Cut dudhi in small cubes.Add all other ingredient in it.Make a juice of it with the juicer.Get a clear juice from malmal cloth.
