Thai Smoothie

Ingredients :

2 cups fresh curds (dahi)
1/2 cup thick coconut milk
1/2 cup mango pulp
2 to 3 tbsp sugar ,
2 to 3 green cardamoms
ice cubes

For The Garnish
chopped mango
tender coconut flash.

Method :

Combine all the above ingredients in a blender and blend till the mixture is smooth and frothy.Pour into 4 individual glasses and garnish with mango and coconut.
Serve chilled.
