Ingredients :
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup mashed banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method :
Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
Pour into a steel air-tight container and refrigerate for atleast 3 hours.
Serve chilled.
