Ingredients :
1/2 cup readymade idli batter
2 tbsp spinach purée
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
salt to taste
oil for greasing
For Serving
coconut chutney
Method :
Combine all the ingredients along with approx. 1 tbsp of water in a deep bowl and mix well.Put spoonfuls of the batter into greased mini idli moulds and steam in a steamer for 8 to 10 minutes.Repeat with the remaining batter to make more mini idlis.Serve hot with coconut chutney.
