8 leftover idlis , cut into cubes
2 tbsp ghee
Method :
Heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add the malgapodi and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.Add the idlis, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while tossing occasionally.
