Green Smoothie

Servings :Makes 4 glasses

Ingredients :

2 cups roughly chopped spinach (palak)
1/2 cup roughly chopped apple
1/2 cup orange segments
1 tsp roughly chopped ginger (adrak)
1 1/2 cups chilled curds (dahi)
1 tbsp honey

Method :

Combine all the ingredients along with ¼ cup of water in a mixer and blend it till smooth.Pour the smoothie into 4 individual glasses.Serve immediately.
