Soya Bean na Khakhra

Preparation Time: 15 mimute
Cooking Time: 1 hour

Ingredients
  • 500 grams soyabean flour
  • 2 cup soya milk
  • salt to taste
  • 50grams wheat flour
Method
  1. Mix both flours and salt
  2. Pour 2cup soya milk or only water.
  3. Make a dough like rotli(chapati)
  4. Keep the dough for 30 minutes
  5. Mix dough very well with little oil
  6. Roll thin rotli with the help of little wheat flour
  7. Then roast it with the help of wooden dato on mediam slow flame.
  8. One by one you have to do this.
