Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup curds (dahi)
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
- 1/4 cup mint leaves (phudina)
- 2 green chillies , finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
- 2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
- salt to taste
- Combine all the ingredients along with 4 cups water and blend using a hand blender till coriander and mint leaves are finely crushed.
- Serve chilled.
