Masala Chaas

Preparation Time: 10 mins
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup curds (dahi)
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves (phudina)
  • 2 green chillies , finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
  • 2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
  • salt to taste
Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients along with 4 cups water and blend using a hand blender till coriander and mint leaves are finely crushed.
  2. Serve chilled.
