White Chicken Gravy
Ingredients
- 1kg chicken (preferably boneless pieces)
- 1 cup cashew (non salted)
- 2-3 green chillies, grounded to form a paste
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1 ½ cup curd
- Handful of coriander
- 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp ghee to cook
Method
- Marinate chicken in curd, coriander, cream and green chillies for at least an hour
- Heat a pan and put the ghee. Add the ginger-garlic and chilli paste.
- Now add the marinated chicken and gently stir for 15 minutes.
- Add the cashew nuts. Let the chicken gravy cook till the meat is tender.
- Serve hot with roti, naan or rice.
