Ingredients
- Arrowroot : 3 Cups
- Jaggery powder : 1 Cup
- Fresh Coconut (Grated) : 1 Cup
- Ghee : 2 - 4 Spoons
- Water : As Required
- Heat 1 spoon of ghee in a pan, add grated coconut, fry till they turn golden brownish.
- Add jaggery powder & 1/2 Cup of water.
- Bring to boil. Continue heat till one thread consistency.
- Add 2 cups of water to arrowroot powder, prepare batter like dosa batter consistency.
- Now add arrowroot batter to Jaggery syrup.
- Keep stirring continuously till mixture leaves the side of the pan.
- Transfer the mixture to greased plate .
- Let it cool & give desired shape.
- Serve.
