Ingredients
- 1 cup jowar (white millet) flour
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
- 1 large clove grated garlic (lehsun)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (til)
- 1 tsp curds (dahi)
- 1 tsp oil
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
- 1 tsp sesame (til) oil
- Combine all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and mix well so that no lumps remain.
- Microwave on high for 5 minutes stirring every 1½ minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with the chopped coriander and sesame
