Jowar Khichu

Preparation Time: 2 mins
Cooking Time: 5 mins
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 cup jowar (white millet) flour
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
  • 1 large clove grated garlic (lehsun)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (til)
  • 1 tsp curds (dahi)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt to taste
To Serve
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 1 tsp sesame (til) oil
Method
  • Combine all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and mix well so that no lumps remain.
  • Microwave on high for 5 minutes stirring every 1½ minutes.
  • Serve hot garnished with the chopped coriander and sesame
