Phudina Aloo

Preparation Time: 5 mins
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups boiled and peeled baby potatoes
To Be Ground Into A Chutney (using A Little Water)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (phudina)
  • 3 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 2 green chillies , roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp roughly chopped ginger (adrak)
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Method
  1. Combine the potatoes and the chutney in a bowl and toss well.
  2. Refrigerate for at least an hour 
  3. Serve chilled.
