- kala khatta syrup 6 tablespoons
- Jaljeera powder 3 1/2 teaspoons
- Black salt (kala namak) to taste
- Lemon 1/2
- Ice cubes as required
- Fresh mint leaves a few
- Drinking soda 2 bottles
- Pour kala khatta syrup into a cocktail shaker.
- Add jaljeera powder, black salt, juice of ½ lemon, 2 tbsps water, 2-3 ice cubes and put the lid on the shaker and shake well.
- Add lots of ice cubes.
- Put a few fresh mint leaves in each serving glass.
- Put the ice cubes from the shaker equally into each glass.
- Pour kala khatta mixture equally into each glass.
- Top it up with drinking soda.
- Serve immediately.
