Cucumber Lassi

Ingredients
  • Cucumber,peeled and cubed 2 medium
  • Yogurt 2 cups
  • Ginger 2 inches
  • Fresh coriander leaves,chopped 2 tablespoons
  • Green chillies 2
  • Sugar 4 tablespoons
  • Asafoetida a pinch
  • Salt to taste
Method

  1. Blend together the cucumber, ginger, coriander leaves, green chillies, sugar, asafoetida and salt to a smooth paste.
  2. Add the yogurt and blend again.
  3. Pour into individual tall glasses, chill and serve
