Citrus Tea Punch

Ingredients
  • Orange 1
  • Lemon,thinly sliced 1
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  • Pineapple-orange juice 2 tin
  • Tea bags 2
  • Sugar 8 tablespoons
  • Strawberries 10
  • Ice cubes as required
Method
  1. Boil 2 cups water in a deep non stick pan.
  2. Put a tea bag in it and let it infuse.
  3. Add 4 tbsps sugar and stir till it dissolves.
  4. Discard the tea bag, pour into a large bowl and let it cool.
  5. Hull strawberries and chop them roughly.
  6. Halve orange and cut into thin slices.
  7. Peel 3-4 slices and chop them roughly.
  8. Add lemon juice and the chopped fruits to the tea decoction and mix.
  9. Half fill tall serving glasses with ice cubes, pour the tea decoction with fruits into the glasses.
  10. Fill up the glasses with pineapple-orange juice.
  11. Decorate the rim with a lemon slice and serve immediately.
