Chocolate Fruit Martini

Ingredients
  • Refined flour (maida) 3/4 cup
  • Dark cooking chocolate,chopped 1 cup + for garnishing
  • Fresh fruits ,chopped 2 cups
  • Fresh cream 2 cups
  • Icing sugar 1 cup
  • Chocolate sponge cake,cut into pieces 1 eight - inch
  • Chocolate chip biscuits 12
Method

  1. Whisk cream and icing sugar in a bowl till thick. 
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions, set aside. 
  3. Melt cooking chocolate in a microwave for a minute or till it melts completely and no lumps remain.
  4. Add this to one portion of the cream mixture.
  5. Crumb the chocolate sponge cake and mix with the chocolate-cream mixture.
  6. Place the sponge mixture in Martini glasses and top it with a layer of plain cream-sugar mixture. 
  7. Place chopped fruits on top and refrigerate for one hour. 
  8. Crush chocolate chip biscuits and sprinkle on top. 
  9. Serve chilled.
