Ingredients :
1/2 cup orange segments
1/2 cup black grapes
1/2 cup watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
1/2 cup mango cubes
1/4 cup pomegranate (anar)
1/4 cup cucumber cubes
1/4 cup tomato cubes
1/4 cup pineapple cubes
1 tbsp mint leaves (phudina)
2 tsp basil leaves
a pinch of salt
sugar to taste
1 tsp ginger (adrak)
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 tsp lemon juice
Method :
Blend all the above ingredients in a mixer till smooth.Strain and serve chilled.
