Ingredients :
1 tender coconut with the cream
2 slices canned pineapple
4 tbsp canned pineapple syrup
Method :
Chop pineapple slices and tender coconut malai roughly and bend along with little tender coconut water in the mixer till smooth paste.Add the remaining ingredients and blend again till smooth.Strain and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.Pour into 4 Martini Glasses and serve chilled garnished with lemon slice and mint leaves.
