Ingredients :
3 cups curds (dahi)
3 cups water
4 tbsp honey
crushed ice
basil leaves for garnishing
Method :
Blend the curds with the help of hand blender.Add water and honey in the curd and blend again.Add the crushed ice in the lassi.Fill the glasses with lassi. Use basil leaves for garnishing and serve chilled.
