Sweet and Sour Summer Cooler

Ingredients :

2 cups chopped raw mango , boiled
1 cup fresh apple juice
1 cup fresh carrot juice
1 cup coconut water
2 tbsp mint juice
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tbsp jaljeera powder

Method :

Blend the mangoes in a mixer till smooth.Strain and keep the juice aside.Combine the apple juice, carrot juice, mango juice, coconut water and mint juice in a bowl and mix well.Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.Serve chilled.
