Spinach Beetroot and Pear Juice

Ingredients :

Hopper Method
2 cups roughly chopped spinach (palak)
1 cup beetroot cubes
1 cup pear cubes (unpeeled and deseeded)

Method :

Hopper method

Add the spinach, beetroot cubes and pear cubes a few at a time in the hopper.Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.Serve immediately.

Juicer method

This recipe doesn’t turn out good in a juicer because the textures of ingredients like beetroot and pear are very hard.

Handy tip:

This recipe makes use of unpeeled fruits and vegetables, hence take care to clean and wash them well before chopping, to get rid of dirt, germs and chemical residues.
