Special Lassi

Ingredients :

2 1/2 cups fresh curds (dahi)
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
chopped ginger (adrak)
1 slit green chilli , finely chopped
1/2 small raw mango , sliced
salt to taste
black salt (sanchal) to taste
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
ice cubes as required

Method :

Combine the mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, raw mango, salt, black salt and roasted cumin powder and blend in a mixer, adding a little water to a fine paste.Add the curds,1 cup of water and ice cubes and blend again. Pour into individual serving glasses and serve chilled.
