Icy Fruit Tea

Ingredients :

4 tea bags
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup mint leaves (phudina), crushed
1 cup orange juice
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
ice-cubes
4-1/4 cups ice cream soda

Method :

Place tea bags in a medium bowl and add boiling water. let stand 10 minutes. remove tea bags. add honey and mint and mix well. mix juices in a large container. add tea mixture and refrigerate until ready to use. to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and add 1/2 cup tea concentrate. fill glass with soda.
