Ingredients :
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tsp pure ghee
Method :
Mix haldi and salt in milk and heat the milk. Take off from the heat and pour in a cup and add ghee and ajwain into it and stir well.
Serve hot.
