Ingredients :

For The Almond Milk
200 gms almonds (badam)
500 ml water
2 dates (khajur) (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)

Other Ingredients
100 gms honeydew melon
100 gms orange , peeled and segmented
100 gms peach , peeled and segmented
100 gms pineapple , peeled and segmented
50 gms basil leaves
250 ml almond milk , recipe above
10 ice cubes

Method :

For the almond milk

Soak the almonds in water overnight or for at least six hours.Drain the water from the almonds and discard.Blend the almonds, vanilla essence and dates with water until almost smooth.Strain the blended almond mixture using a cheesecloth or any other strainer.This homemade raw almond milk can be stored in the refrigerator for 3/4 days.

how to proceed
Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till slushy aand pulpy.Serve chilled.
