Ingredients :
8 large ripe figs (anjeer)
6 sticky dates (khajur) seed removed
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp rosewater
a big pinch of green cardamom (elaichi) powder
a pinch of cinnamon (dalchini) powder
1 1/2 cups thick curds (dahi) chilled
1 cup milk chilled
ice-cubes as desired
Method :
Soak dates in chilled milk for 10 minutes.Wash and cut fig into 4 pieces.Combine all the above smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth an frothy.
Pour into long chilled glasses and enjoy this fragrant smoothie.
