Ingredients :
5 to 6 carrot
1 tbsp lemon juice
a pinch of dried ginger (soonth) powder
1 tbsp honey
2 cups chilled water
pinch of salt
Method :
Blend the carrots into juice and keep aside.Add all the remaining ingredients to the carrot juice and blend using a hand blender till mixed well.
Serve chilled.
