Blueberry Apple Smoothie

Servings :Makes 1 glass

Ingredients :

1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup peeled apple cubes
1/2 cup greek yoghurt or hung curds (chakka dahi)

Method :

Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.
Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into a glass and serve chilled.
