Besan-ajwain ka doodh

Ingredients :

1tbsps ghee,
1/2tsp ajwain,
1tsp gram flour,
1/4tsp turmeric powder,
2cups milk,
1tsp honey or jaggery to taste

Method :

Heat ghee in a nonstick deep pan, add ajwain and gram flour. sauté for 1 minute on low heat. add 1/4tsp turmeric and remove from heat. add milk gradually and stirring constantly to avoid the lumps.when the mixture is smooth, keep on low flame and bring to boil. add honey or jaggery to taste.
serve hot.
