Ingredients :
1 cup cut watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
1/4 cup sugar syrup
7 to 8 mint leaves (phudina)
1 tbsp ginger (adrak)
For The Garnish

Method :
Blend half of the cut watermelon cubes, mint leaves and ginger in a mixer to a smooth juice.Combine a few watermelon cubes and a little sugar syrup in a glass and top it with some prepared juice and garnish with mint sprig.Repeat step 2 to make 2 more glasses.
Serve chilled.
