Ingredients :
1 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped lemon grass (hari chai ki patti)
2 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
1/4 cup mint leaves (phudina)
1 tbsp sugar
Method :
Combine all the ingredients along with 2 cups of water in a saucepan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Strain the mixture using a strainer and serve warm.
