Ingredients :

1 avocado , pitted and peeled
2 bananas
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup ice
pineapple juice or apple juice (optional)

Method :

Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth and creamy.Serve chilled.
