Ingredients :
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1/2 cup chopped banana
1 1/2 cups milk / low-fat (99.7% fat-free)
1 tbsp honey
5 to 6 ice-cubes
For The Garnish
2 strawberry slices
Method :
Combine the milk, strawberries, banana, honey and ice-cubes and blend in a mixer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses. Serve immediately garnished with a strawberry slice on the rim of each glass.
