Pomegranate Tea

Servings :Makes 2 small glasses

Ingredients :

1 cup pomegranate (anar)
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar

Method :

Combine all the ingredients in a deep sauce pan along with 1 cup of water and bring it to boil on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Cool slightly and blend in a mixer to a coarse mixture.
Strain the mixture immediately using a strainer.
Pour equal quantities of the tea into 2 individual glasses or cups.
Serve immediately.
