Ingredients :
1 cup chilled and roughly chopped pineapple
5 tbsp chilled , peeled , deseeded and roughly chopped papaya
1/4 cup curds (dahi) mixed with chilled 1/4 cup full-fat milk
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup ice-cubes
Method :
Combine the curds-milk mixture, pineapple, papaya, sugar and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
Serve immediately.
