Mint Juice

Servings :Makes 4 serving

Ingredients :

1 1/2 cups chopped mint leaves (phudina)
10 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
4 tbsp lemon juice
ice-cubes for serving

Method :

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.Strain the mixture.Take ¼ amount of the strained mint juice and add ¾ amount of water and mix well.Serve chilled with ice.
