Ingredients :
4 glasses of milk
2 tbsp cashewnuts (kaju)
2 tbsp almonds (badam)
2 tbsp pistachios
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
a little grated nutmeg (jaiphal)
1 tbsp cream
a pinch of saffron (kesar) strands
4 tbsp sugar
FOR GARNISHING
sliced cashewnuts (kaju) , almonds (badam) , pistachios
Method :
Grind together cashewnuts,almonds, pistas elachi, nutmeg, sugar and kesar.Make a fine powder.Add this mixture to milk.Then add cream and churn once more.Chill this mixture for 3 hours.
Serve garnished with sliced dryfruits.
