Ingredients :

100 ml vanilla ice cream
2 tsp coffee powder
2 tbsp honey
1 cup crushed ice

For The Garnish
4 tbsp whipped cream

Method :

Combine vanilla ice cream, coffee powder, honey and crushed ice in a mixer and blend till smooth.In each shot glass, pour equal quantity of the drink and serve immediately garnished with 1 tbsp of whipped cream.

Handy tip
You can use coffee decoction instead of coffee powder to get a strong coffee flavour.
