Ingredients :
1 1/2 cups spinach (palak) , torn into pieces
1 cup basil
1/4 cup coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh)
1/4 cup roughly chopped avocado
1/2 cup roughly chopped bananas
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp soaked falooda seeds (subza)
1 tbsp soaked chia seeds
Method :
Combine all the ingredients, except the falooda seeds and chia seeds in a mixer along with 1 cup of water and blend till smooth.Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses and top it with 1 tbsp of soaked falooda seeds and ½ tbsp of chia seeds in each glass.
Serve immediately.
