Ingredients :
1 cup chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
1 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
3 to 4 cardamoms , crushed
2 tbsp chopped jaggery (gur)
a few drops lemon juice
Method :
Combine the mint leaves, coriander ,ginger, cardamom and jaggery and blend in a mixer till smooth.Strain and refrigerate till chilled.Serve chilled adding lemon juice.
