Flax Seed Smoothie

Ingredients :

1/2 frozen banana , peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 tbsp flax seeds
1 cup low-fat vanilla boiled soyabeans milk

Method :

Combine the banana, strawberries, flax seed meal, and soy milk into a blender. Puree until smooth.Serve.
