Ingredients :
2 cups milk
3 cardamoms (elaichi) , lightly crushed
1/4 cup roughly chopped dark chocolate
1 tbsp drinking chocolate
a pinch of cardamom (elaichi) powder
Method :
Heat the milk and cardamom in a saucepan and boil on a medium flame for 5 minutes.
Switch off the flame, add the dark chocolate, drinking chocolate and cardamom powder and mix well using a whisk.
Strain the hot chocolate using a strainer.
Serve hot.
