Ingredients :
2 cups tender coconut water
1 cup coconut meat (nariyal ki malia)
1 cup watermelon pulp
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
For Garnishing:
watermelon (tarbuj) balls & mint sprig for garnishing
Method :
1.blend the coconut scrapings melon pulp & sugar well. 2.add coconut water,lime juice and blend once more,then chill well.3.pour into glasses & serve with melon balls & a sprig of mint in each glass.
