Beetroot Buttermilk

Ingredients :

1 cup curds (dahi)
4 cups water
salt to taste

To Be Blended Together
1/2 cup chopped beetroot
2 green chilles
1 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
4 tbsp coriander (dhania)
4 mint sprigs

Method :

Peel and chop beetroot and grind together with green chilies, ginger, coriander and mint till smooth.In a wide bowl, combine the curd , water, salt, beetroot paste and mix well.Strain/filter buttermilk and serve.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
