Ingredients :
2 sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp ghee
Method :
Dissolve the sugar in 1/2 cup of warm water and mix well. Keep aside.Combine the whole wheat flour and sweet potatoes and mix well.Add the dissolved sugar, while stirring continuously, and mix well to make a smooth and thick batter.Keep aside for 30 minutes.Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan, and pour a spoonful of batter and spread using a ladle to make small pancakes.Cook on both sides till they turn golden brown from both the sides, using little more ghee.Serve hot.
