Paneer Poha

Ingredients :

1 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/2 cup green peas
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped tomatoes
3 chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/3 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1/3 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
2 curry leaves (kadi patta)
oil for cooking
2 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)

Method :

Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves.When the seeds crackle, add the onions, mix well and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.Add the tomatoes and green chillies, mix well and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.Add the paneer, green peas, turmeric powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, mix well and saute on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.Add the coriander and saute again 1 minute.Serve hot.
